If you ask around Gibraltar for a gym recommendation, Physique is the name that keeps coming up. And for good reason. This place has the best gym culture on the Rock. Everybody knows everybody in here, the staff are super friendly and kind, and you genuinely feel welcome from day one whether you have been training for years or you are just getting started.

The equipment is seriously good. They keep bringing in new machines and the variety is up there with gyms twice the size. You have got everything you need for a proper session, from heavy compound lifts to isolation work and cardio. The owners clearly care about keeping the place fresh and well maintained.

For women, the dedicated Glute Lab is a massive plus. It has specialist equipment like hip thrust machines and kickback stations that you just will not find in other gyms in Gibraltar. It is a proper setup, not just a corner with a few bands.

The class timetable is stacked too. Over 40 classes a week covering everything from yoga and Pilates to TRX, spinning, Zumba, and step. The instructors bring energy and they mix up the routines so it never gets boring. There is also an in-house sports therapist for injury rehab which is a nice touch.

They also have a mobile app where you can book classes and track your workouts, plus they do corporate deals for businesses which is handy if your company is looking for group rates.

The only real downside is the location. It is on Devil's Tower Road, so unless you live or work nearby it is a bit of a trek compared to gyms in town. But honestly, most people who train here say the vibe and facilities make the journey worth it.
