Our Review
Reshape & Rumble was the first to bring the boutique fitness studio vibe to Gibraltar and it has properly taken off. They run three different class formats out of purpose-built studios in Europort, each with its own thing going on.
Reshape is a HIIT class that alternates between treadmill intervals and floor work with dumbbells and bands. Rumble is boxing on bags, all about cardio and letting off some steam. Ride is indoor cycling with an instructor leading intervals to music. Each one is about 45 minutes and they will push you hard.
The studios look great with the lighting and sound setup, and the small class sizes mean the coaches actually know your name and can correct your form. It feels personal, not like you are just another body in the room.
It is not a gym though. There are no free weights, no machines, no open floor time. You book a class, you show up, you work hard, you leave. If you like structure and need someone to push you then this is perfect. If you prefer doing your own thing at your own pace, it is probably not for you.
If you are an Atlantic Suites member you get five free sessions a month, which is a solid perk and worth knowing about.
